Failure is essential for learning, growth, and progress in any organization. Don’t let anti-failure bias prevent progress!

Here are some advices from Pak Arief Mustain, Innovation Coach and Advisor at Social Innovation Hub Indonesia, that need to be understood in order to have an anti-failure mentality:

1. Failure isn’t the end; it’s the beginning of something great. Embrace failure as a stepping stone to success!
2. Every failure contains the seeds of success. It’s up to you to nurture those seeds and make them grow.
3. Don’t let fear of failure stop you from trying new things. You never know what amazing opportunity awaits
4. Failure is an opportunity to learn and grow. Don’t be afraid to take risks in order to reach your goals
5. Being afraid of failure means you’ll never truly experience success. Take chances and push yourself
6. Don’t be afraid of failure — it’s only a temporary setback on your path to success
7. Failure can teach us valuable lessons that will prepare us for future success. So don’t be afraid
8. Fail fast and fail often — that’s how you learn what works and what doesn’t.
9. Failure is part of life, but it doesn’t have to define us or our future successes. We can overcome it
10. Don’t let the fear of failure keep you from growing and reaching your potential! #failforward“
11. Don’t run away from failure — you may miss out on the best lessons of life
12. Instead of avoiding failure, use it as a tool to learn new things.
